 Jeffrey N. Doucette, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE, FAAN - Chief Nursing Officer
 Jeffrey N. Doucette, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE, FAAN - Chief Nursing OfficerAs Press Ganey’s Chief Nursing Officer, Jeffrey Doucette is responsible for providing clinical guidance to help clients transform the patient and caregiver experience. In this role, he works to develop nursing leadership at client organizations, improve quality and efficiency, and improve employee and caregiver engagement by playing an integral role in the company’s workforce initiatives. 
 
 Jeff is a widely recognized and accomplished nurse leader with nearly 30 years of experience spent largely in leadership and executive nursing roles. Throughout his career, he has focused on enabling the delivery of exceptional patient and family experiences through innovation, education, and nursing excellence. initiatives. 
 
 Most recently, Jeff served as senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia. In this role, he led the strategic direction and leadership of the Division of Nursing and Patient Care Services and played a critical role in cultivating and sustaining nursing excellence. Prior to joining Jefferson Health, Jeff served as vice president of the Magnet Recognition Program  and the Pathway to Excellence  Program at the American Nurses Credentialing Center. initiatives. 
 
 Known as an engaging thought leader and dynamic presenter, Jeff speaks extensively around the world on topics of interest to nursing and health care leaders. He is a Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellow, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. He also serves on the editorial advisory board for Nursing Management and The Journal of Nursing Administration. initiatives. 
 
 Jeff earned a master of science degree in health care administration and a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Marymount University, and a doctor of nursing practice degree from Old Dominion University.
At the height of the pandemic, when nurses were putting themselves in harm’s way day after day, this session’s speaker found ways to keep his nursing teams engaged. Nurses from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia posted dance videos on social media with a positive message. The videos went viral and were featured on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” In this session, Dr. Jeff Doucette, Press Ganey’s chief nursing officer, will discuss the need to refresh, renew and reset when planning for the post-pandemic reality. Equipped with proprietary data sets, Doucette will share the latest trends around nurse and patient engagement, nurse-sensitive quality indicators, and the overall state of the nursing workforce. Doucette will bring his dynamic style to explore innovative solutions to minimize nursing flight risk, reset the focus on evidence-based care and leave you with strategies to address the most challenging workforce dynamics of our time.

 Christopher Ziebell, MD - US Acute Care Solutions, Director of Behavioral Health
 Christopher Ziebell, MD - US Acute Care Solutions, Director of Behavioral HealthDr. Chris Ziebell is the Director of Behavioral Health Innovation for US Acute Care Solutions. He took on this role after serving as the Emergency Department Medical Director at Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas at Austin. He led the ED at Central Texas’ only Level I adult trauma center (formerly known as University Medical Center Brackenridge) from 2007-2021. Since moving to Austin in 1998, Dr. Ziebell has served in leadership roles as Chief of Medical Staff and Emergency Department Medical Director at various hospitals throughout the Seton Healthcare Family. He has served as a member and vice-Chair of the Seton Board of Trustees and as chair of the Quality and Patient Safety Committee. He has also served as a member of the Austin/Travis County EMS Advisory Board and is a former chairman of the EMS Steering Committee of the Travis County Medical Society. 
 
 In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Ziebell has served as executive director of the Seton Event Medicine Institute. He served as President and Executive Director for Hospital Physicians in Clinical Research (HPCR), a subsidiary of USACS founding partner Emergency Service Partners. He has been an investigator for several federal research projects and is a frequent lecturer on matters of emergency medicine and trauma care. He is an Assistant Professor at the Dell Medical School at the University of Texas, Austin. He has been an adjunct professor for the University of Texas Medical Branch and has also taught at Ball State University and Butler University. 
 
 Dr Ziebell chairs the USACS Southwest Clinical Governance Board; he previously served on the Board of Managers of Emergency Service Partners, L.P., from the partnership’s inception through 2016. A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, he earned his Medical Degree from the University of Minnesota and completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. 
 
 Dr. Ziebell’s honors include the Thomas Coopwood Award (2020), the Austin Business Journal HealthCare Heroes Award (2011), the Emergency Service Partners Iny (Innovation) Award (2008), and the Texas Medical Foundation HealthCare Quality Improvement Award (2006, 2007).
